Second workshop of the collaborative project “Analysis of new circular business models around RCD (Construction and Demolition Waste) and validation through a phase of on-site experimentation” promoted by CREC – Waste Cluster of Catalonia and subsidized by the ACCIÓ IRC project call (more information about the project).

After developing an analysis of the state of the art of the RCD sector in the first phase of the project, we are holding two co-creation workshops in which we will work on current challenges and jointly identify good practices around previously prioritized waste flows to develop circular business models that allow this waste to be valued as new resources.

Program of the day:

10:00 am_Welcome
10:10 am_Results of Workshop 1 and presentation of 3 key flows
10:25 am_Contextualization for the design of pilots
10:50 am_Coffee break
11:05 am_Dynamic 1: Design of new systems
11:50 am_Dynamic 2: Identification of hypotheses to be validated

The workshops will be held in person, will be facilitated by INÈDIT and are aimed at companies from the entire Construction and Demolition Waste value chain.

*Participating companies will be selected by the members of the consortium for compliance and the study objective of the project.

After this second workshop, the next phase of the project will be activated, which is the experimental design of pilots in real works to then activate the new value chain (waste manager and producer) of the new product generated from the prioritized waste.
