III Workshop Series: Sustainability in Industrial Parks | Industrial Symbiosis Session
How can we move towards more sustainable industrial parks? What tools are available to us, and how are they already being applied in practice?
This session aims to bring tools, resources and real-life experiences closer to companies and stakeholders involved in industrial parks, facilitating the integration of sustainability into their management and activities.
During the session, the Sustainability and SDGs Guide will be presented, a resource designed to provide guidance and support for industrial parks in advancing their sustainability efforts. We will also explore different tools and resources, such as the PSIC platform (Catalonia Industrial Symbiosis Platform) and GRID (Granollers Industrial Resources), and their application in this field.
Finally, a round table featuring practical cases will showcase real experiences, share lessons learned, and address the main challenges and opportunities for moving towards more sustainable industrial parks.
