In this webinar we will approach the different regulations that have an impact on the supply chain, their different approaches and requirements and the application of due diligence processes.
At the same time, we will address the challenges presented by the recent Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and learn how the CSRD regulations apply depending on the type of organization. We will discuss the position of the EU Commission following the approval of the Omnibus Package, one of the objectives of which is regulatory simplification.
