DESCRIPTION:On March 27th we are organizing the second Tech Day of CREC – Waste Cluster of Catalonia. \nOn this day we will visit the LEITAT facilities in Terrassa and discover the most advanced technologies and innovative solutions that they are applying for the management and recovery of waste. \nProgram of the day: \n9.30am – 10.00am Arrival and accreditations\n10.00am – 10.05am Welcome_Carmen López-Quintana CREC cluster manager \n10.05am – 10.30am LEITAT & Innovation_Júlia García and Sergi Artigas\n10.30am – 11.00am BLOCK I: Sustainability and efficiency in waste management\n– Sustainable Design (SSbD)_Marta Escamilla\n– Technology 4.0 applied to waste recovery_Cesar Gutierrez\n11.00am – 11.30am Networking coffee\n11.30am – 12.30am BLOCK II: Visit to the LEITAT Terrassa facilities. The facilities where work is carried out on the topics of biorefinery\, hydrogen\, battery recycling\, environmental technologies and bioelectrochemical systems will be visited.
