DESCRIPTION:Online session on waste regulations by Broseta Abogados and Wake Up Sustainability. \nIn this webinar we will approach the different regulations that have an impact on the supply chain\, their different approaches and requirements and the application of due diligence processes. \nAt the same time\, we will address the challenges  presented by the recent Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and learn how the CSRD regulations apply depending on the type of organization. We will discuss the position of the EU Commission following the approval of the Omnibus Package\, one of the objectives of which is regulatory simplification. \nAt the end of the session\, there will be a space to resolve doubts. \nThis webinar is part of a series of sessions on regulations in the waste sector that aim to facilitate and make the regulations understandable to associated organizations and understand how they apply to them. \n*This session is exclusive to CREC members. \n
